ImageCAMARGO, IL (08-06-08 ) by Robert Cortum - O'Reilly All Star Public Relations

The O’Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions have closed the books on the 2008 edition of the Thunder Through the Plains, now a new book has been opened up.  While west of the Missouri River, the drama of the points battle heated up, landing Dale Blaney in the top spot with the series. As anyone knows however, Lance Dewease is never complacent with 2nd place and is going to make it a battle to the end.

The O’Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions superstars will be heading to Waynesfield Motor Sports Park Wednesday, August 13th.  Look for the epic battle to continue to unfold.  But, as in the words of famed football announcer, Lee Corso, “Not so fast my friend…,” Tim Shaffer is coming off his third victory with the series in just 6 starts and Brandon Martin showed the competition in the past week that he means business as well.

With the Blaney vs. Dewease battle, Shaffer and the Call Motorsports team gelling, and Brandon Martin hungry for his first All Star win, Waynesfield’s fast 1/3 mile facility will be pumping with excitement.  Waynesfield Motor Sports Park is the perfect place to watch this action unfold.  Many of the drivers find Waynesfield to be in their favor due to their own momentum and desire, help making this a must see race of the season.

Waynesfield Motor Sports Park is located Southeast of Lima, Ohio off Route 261, 1 mile South of Waynesfield, Ohio.  Gates are set to open at 5:00pm with Hot Laps beginning at 6:00pm.  The battle unfolds at 7:30pm as racing action begins.
